Settings

Settings let you configure your account, appearance, notifications, and data. Open Settings from the user menu (avatar) in the sidebar.

General

• Full name – Your display name
• Email address – Your account email
• Email to inbox – Your personal inbox address for forwarding emails (see Email to inbox)

Appearance

• Theme – Light, dark, or use browser preference (toggle)
• Language – English, French, or use browser language

Notifications

• Product updates – Notifications about new features
• Due date reminders – Reminders for tasks with due dates
• Weekly digest – Summary of your week

Security

• Google sign-in – Status of Google authentication
• Review active sessions – See and manage logged-in devices
• Sign out all devices – Log out everywhere

Data

• Import – Import tasks and projects from a JSON backup
• Export – Export your data as JSON
• Delete all local data – Permanently remove all local data (with confirmation)

Use Import/Export to back up your data or migrate between devices.

Billing

• Subscription and billing controls (when available)

Feature flags

• Experimental and debug features
• Enable or disable for testing

Only visible when feature flags are enabled for your instance.
